Bill Drake is a walking Idaho advertising institution, sans the Corinthian Columns. Bill’s 30-year career began well before founding the agency in 1978. Bill is an author and frequent lecturer at BSU and U of I, and a contributor to the book, Inside the Minds: Advertising Best Practices. Bill is active in the community by serving on boards and working with non-profits such as The Idaho Shakespeare Festival, FUNDSY, Bogus Basin, the Red Cross, the Boise Philharmonic Association, and the Metro Boise Chamber of Commerce. When Bill’s not lending his expertise to agency accounts, he can be found exploring Idaho with his wife and family, or working on his short game at his favorite Idaho golf course.

Jamie Cooper is what happens when technology, marketing, creativity, and the great outdoors collide. Having in-depth experience in high-tech, software development, and marketing, Jamie dives head-first into the changes that technology creates. And he has the battle scars to prove it. Jamie combines both the results-driven discipline of a client-side marketing VP and the dynamic ingenuity of an ad guy championing the digital revolution. When not enjoying his family, the outdoors, or one of his bikes, Jamie is grooving on some unsung band you will soon be hearing about.

Joe credits his success as a creative to having completed the third grade twice; a course of action which profoundly enhanced his ability to think, work, talk, and act like an 8 year old. Joe brings with him 18 years of creative leadership, many unwieldy and peremptory national gold trophies, accolades from Communication Arts, Print Magazine and Luerzers Archive, and national and regional account experience from agencies both big and small.

Chad is a digital gypsy, of sorts. After graduating with a degree in Marketing, he spent two years with the Coors Brewing Company putting his marketing skil to use. While there, he developed a penchant and desire for all things digital and then began working at the corporate office of the world's largest computer training company. Bringing his newly acquired skills in digital design and marketing with him, he moved back north and co-founded AB Positive (a smart local interactive shop), which eventually was acquired by Drake Cooper. After serving as Interactive Director for the past three years, Chad's role is shifting once again, into Director of Digital Strategy and Engagement.

When he shuts down his computer you can find him outdoors, devoting his time to his beautiful wife and two darling daughters.

Sara has enjoyed nearly 30 years with the agency. She spent the first half of her career finding the best way to reach people, often times this just meant getting to know them and finding common interests. Sara shifted from media to account management and now works alongside her clients to help define and implement their marketing efforts. She’s found that it’s still about getting to know people.

Sara has a passion for skiing, both downhill and water. Between the seasons, she works on her golf game. Some day, golf just might become full-fledged passion too. Luckily Idaho proves to be a great location for these activities. And Sara is always up for a good road trip.
