A look around the jewelry category made it clear that there was an opportunity for a jeweler to really capture and embrace the idea of “authentic moments of love.” When it came time for us to rebrand Jensen Jewelers, this insight meant giving a classic brand a 52-year tune up by ditching the gaudy glitz the industry is famous for and instead, connecting the brand with the romance in everyday life. This ultimately repositioned Jensen Jewelers as customer-centric in a traditionally product-centric industry, and the outcome was a complete brand redesign for the largest privately-owned jewelry retailer in the Rocky Mountains.
The new Jensen Jewelers “SHINE” brand reflects the rugged independence of the Mountain West with a sense of style and authenticity. The blend of subtle cool and warm tones conveys a youthful optimism.The re-brand has set the stage for award winning retail promotions and has contributed to steady sales, even in a down economy.
